This site is dedicated to the memory of Sam.
Sam was born on January 07, 1974 to Jackie and Mike Carter. She was so sadly taken on October 26 2007 at the young age of just 33. The emptiness Sam has left in all of our lives can only be understood by people who knew and loved her. She was an inspiration to almost all she met. We are so very proud of her and miss her deeply. Steve and Sam's family.
